We are looking for a Sales Team Director to expand our existing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and implementing innovative sales strategies. You will also play a key role in winning new business via outbound initiatives that propose a wide range of digital marketing solutions (web design, SEO, PPC, social media, content) to small to medium-sized businesses across all industries in Canada, North America, and internationally.

What your day-to-day looks like
- Manage the daily performance of our sales team of Senior Digital Consultants and Business Development Representatives.
- Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/development.
- Engage, motivate and inspire our local sales team, with a focus on inclusivity and “ethical and winning” sales culture.
- Actively participate in the management of all aspects of our customer acquisition strategy.
- Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuous management of sales activity.
- Create a customer-centric culture and ensure a sales process that establishes customer sustainability and a healthy customer-centric ethic.
- Monitor team attendance (time and attendance, performance, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic development plans.
- Take responsibility for the team's sales activities in the sales systems: Hubspot, Dialpad, Pandadoc, etc.
What you bring to the team
- Experience managing a sales team with an established track record
- Experience in a high volume/fast-paced industry is preferred; experience in identifying prospective clients through various marketing channels
- Success in selling in B2B market and exceeding revenue targets
- Proficient in English* and French (oral and written)
- Coaching skills
- Experience developing sales strategies
- Ability to create and maintain a healthy sales culture
- Comfortable managing changes, continuous improvement mindset
- Experience/knowledge using a sales CRM (Hubspot)
